From enquiry to delivered drawing, step by step
No surprises: you know the price before the visit, what will be measured and which files you will receive.
Six steps
Price estimate
In the calculator you choose the property type, floor area and drawing content. You see the price range and the estimated turnaround.
5-minute call
We confirm what the drawing is for (refurbishment, sale, licence, project): that determines what has to be drawn and what does not.
Fixed price
In writing, within one working day. It covers scope, visit date, delivery time and travel.
Survey visit
We measure room by room and photograph the existing condition. We do not move furniture or open anything up without permission.
Office work
We process the data and draw on layers. We check that every room closes: partial dimensions must add up to the overall one.
Delivery
Files by email, in the agreed format.
Common questions
What do I need to have ready on the day of the visit?
Access to all rooms, lighting and, if one exists, any earlier drawing. The details are in the terms of service.
Can I choose the day?
Yes. The calculator shows the days already taken and you choose morning or afternoon among the free ones. The date is confirmed once we reply by email.
