About the price
Why a price range and not a fixed price?
Because the price depends on things that are clarified by talking: what the drawing is for, how many floors there are, what access is like. The range is honest; the fixed price follows in writing before the visit.
How is travel calculated?
The first 35 km from our base in Avilés are included (Gijón and Oviedo are covered). Beyond that, the return journey is added per kilometre, up to about €150. From 150 km we add one night of accommodation per day of on-site survey. Outside Asturias we work on properties of 300 m² or more. For the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, travel is quoted separately.
Is the discount automatic?
No. It is an exchange: a review, a flexible date, several properties or recurring collaboration. The maximum is 20%.
