How much does a measured survey cost
The as-built floor plan of a 70 m² flat in Asturias costs between 100 and 140 € excluding VAT, with the measuring visit included and delivery in DWG and PDF. Below is the table by property type and floor area, and what the price depends on.

Ranges worked out with the same formula as the calculator, for properties within 35 km of Avilés (Gijón and Oviedo included). They include the 20 % launch discount, except the basic plan. The fixed price is confirmed in writing before the visit.
How it is calculated
Each property type has a minimum price and a rate per square metre that drops in bands as the floor area grows. The higher of the two amounts applies, extras are added for what the drawing must show and, separately, travel and opening-up works if any.
What the price depends on
- Floor area and property type: a flat, a house, premises and an industrial unit have different rates.
- Drawing content: interior elevations +20 %, door and window dimensions +10 %, sections +15 %, each visible service +20 % (all: +60 %).
- Format: DWG and PDF are included; a Revit LOD 200 model adds 60 %.
- Travel: the first 35 km from Avilés are included; further away the trip is added per kilometre, up to about 150 €.
- Urgency: a visit requested 2 days ahead or less, +25 %.
- Opening-up: 20 € each, only with the owner's authorisation.
What is and is not included
Included: the measuring visit, the dimensioned floor plan with room areas, photos of the existing condition and the files in layered DWG and PDF. Not included: VAT and the signature of a qualified professional. The drawing records the existing condition and serves as the base for the architect or technical architect who signs the project.

Questions about the price
How much does the plan of a 90 m² flat cost?
Between 130 and 180 € excluding VAT for the dimensioned floor plan in DWG and PDF, visit included if the flat is within 35 km of Avilés. With interior elevations and door and window dimensions, between 170 and 230 €.
Does the price include VAT?
No. All prices on this page and in the calculator exclude VAT.
Why does the price per square metre drop for large properties?
Because the visit and the job set-up weigh almost the same for a small flat as for a large one. That is why there is a minimum price per property type and, above it, the rate per m² drops in bands.
Is travel charged?
Not within the first 35 km from Avilés: Gijón and Oviedo are covered. Further away the return trip is added per kilometre. Outside Asturias we take on properties from 300 m².
Is there a way to pay less?
Yes, two. The basic plan of a flat up to 50 m² has a fixed price of 95 €. And you can ask for a discount of up to 20 % in exchange for something specific: a review, a flexible visit date, several properties or recurring work.
