We process the minimum data needed to answer your request and provide the service. This site uses no cookies, loads nothing from other domains and measures visits anonymously, without identifying anyone.

Which data and for what purpose
- Request details (name, email, phone, company, property address and details of the job): to prepare the quote and provide the service.
- Photos and video of the property taken during the visit: to draw and check the drawing.
- Billing details: to comply with tax obligations.
Legal basis
Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations in tax matters (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who receives the data
Data are not disclosed to third parties. The following technical providers act as processors: site hosting (Cloudflare), email and storage (Google Workspace) and form submission (Web3Forms). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
Retention
Requests that do not result in an order are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice data are kept for the statutory periods. Photos of the property are deleted 12 months after delivery unless you ask otherwise.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@acotalab.es. If you consider that the processing is not correct, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
Cookies and visit measurement
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts, styles and code are served from the site's own domain. The calculator's calendar only checks which days are taken; it receives none of your data.
We measure the audience with our own tool, without cookies and without third-party services: which pages are visited, which website visitors come from, the type of device, the language and the steps of the calculator (type of property, area, municipality or province and indicative price). Your name, email, phone and address are not part of that measurement. To count visitors without identifying them, the server derives from the IP address and the browser a code that is only valid for that day: the IP is not stored and the key used for the calculation is deleted every day, so the same person cannot be recognised the next day or followed on other sites. The data are used only for this site's statistics, are not combined with requests or disclosed to anyone, and are deleted after 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded; you can also object by writing to info@acotalab.es.
